Dear Parents/Carers,
Welcome to Ysgol Cwm Alun!
Ysgol Cwm Alun aims to be a nurturing, specialist school where every child feels included, understood and valued. We aim to create a calm, safe environment where pupils’ emotional, social and mental health needs are met with expertise, compassion and consistency.
I believe that every child can thrive when they feel secure, connected and supported. Through a nurture based approach, we aim to build trusting relationships, strengthen emotional resilience and help pupils develop the skills they need to learn, grow and succeed.
As a specialist community, we aim to empower children to recognise their strengths, overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
Above all, we are a school where every child belongs, every voice matters, and every success is celebrated.
We hope you enjoy finding out more about our school throughout this prospectus and invite you to visit our school.
